What is Hydro Dipping and why do we use it?
At The Fog Box, we use Hydro Dipping to give our travel humidors a one-of-a-kind finish that stands out from anything else on the market. This advanced process, also known as Water Transfer Printing, allows us to apply intricate, custom artwork to the entire surface of our humidors. The process involves transferring a water-soluble film with vibrant designs onto the humidor, ensuring a flawless wrap around even the most complex shapes. Once dipped, the humidor is sealed with an automotive-grade clear coat for durability, providing UV protection and scratch resistance. Each Fog Box is unique, combining rugged functionality with head-turning aesthetics for a superior travel humidor.
