At Fog Box, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all eligible Fog Box accessories to the original purchaser.

Registration is not required for warranty service, but we do require proof of purchase from TheFogBox.com or an authorized retailer. Items purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be covered.

What’s Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This includes:

Travel Humidors

Torch Lighters

Cedar Trays
We may repair or replace your item at our discretion. Replacements may be new or refurbished based on availability and product condition.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration (discoloration covered for 5 years)

Products that have been modified or tampered with

Items showing damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper care

Consumable products (e.g., butane, humidity packs)
Please do not attempt to disassemble or repair your product, as this will void the warranty.
